All JMB Home Furniture delivery vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and onboard cameras.
This allows our logistics team to monitor delivery progress in real-time, ensuring we can provide accurate updates and estimated arrival times whenever you need them.

Island Deliveries
Live on an island? No problem.
We’re happy to coordinate delivery directly or work with local ferry services to arrange collection — just let us know your location details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Delivery Timeframe
At JMB Home Furniture, we aim to deliver all standard orders within 7 days of purchase — that’s our promise to you.
For custom or made-to-order items (including specific finishes, sizes, or configurations), delivery may take a little longer — typically 10 to 12 days.
In more remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on accessibility and scheduling. That said, we always strive to meet our 7-day delivery target, wherever you’re located.
We’ll provide regular updates and confirm your estimated delivery window once your order has been processed.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
• You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fees
• A standard €80 collection feeapplies to returns.
• For large or bulky items — such as sofa sets or King/Super King/Double bed frames — a restocking fee of 10%–15%may apply based on the item’s size and condition.
